The Refinery, located in the landmark Blue Fin Building on Southwark Street, near to the Tate Modern and in the heart of London's Bankside, exudes an industrial sophistication and is a great spot any time of the day or night.
As part of the Drake & Morgan group, The Refinery already had a database, however, it was not focused and contained little beyond email addresses. Propeller’s online strategy focused on refining this raw data, in order to enable The Refinery to execute targeted and successful email marketing. The existing database members were emailed a promotional incentive encouraging them to fill in a form containing more pertinent information that would allow The Refinery to streamline their marketing.
Propeller’s website design reflects the bar’s industrial yet sophisticated feel and further pushes database growth through sign-up features throughout the website.
