A firm favourite on the Fulham Road, Sophie’s wanted to expand their customer base in preparation for the launch for their new Covent Garden venue. With this in mind, Propeller’s website has been focused on garnering data, as well as opening up new online avenues for this successful steak restaurant.

Propeller’s strategy has included promotional incentives to sign-up both online and in-house, including the design and production of in-house data collection cards. Propeller’s innovative email marketing for Sophie’s turns traditional venue to customer marketing on its head, by enabling customers to invite each other to Sophie’s through Propeller’s interface. Propeller has also introduced Sophie’s to Social Media, advising them on the best way of exploiting this exciting, emerging market as a popular neighbourhood restaurant. Sophie’s foray into Social Media has included ‘steaklovers.net’, which has enabled the restaurant to communicate effectively with the online steak-loving community.
