When the London Door Company approached Propeller to design a website, they did not have a successful online policy. They wanted to bring their business online, enabling them to reach a much wider audience. London Door Company offers a completely bespoke service and this level of flexibility needed to be brought across in their website.
Propeller has developed a robust CMS system that will enable them to upload their extensive range of standard designs in a stylish and easily navigable format. Customers can browse doors by door style and door category, viewing a selection of thumbnails of relevant doors before selecting a particular door they wish to find out more about.
Propeller also felt that London Door Company would benefit from enabling their customer base to communicate with them in a more interactive way. Propeller’s stylish website includes an ‘add to favourites’ option for each other that acts as an innovative data collection strategy, as well as encouraging repeat visits. The website also includes an online form to capitalise on impulse decisions, by enabling potential customers to quickly arrange an appointment so that the London Door Company can fully assess their door needs.
