Propeller has recently gone live with a second generation website for Eight Club to help drive the launch of their hotly anticipated new Moorgate branch.
Never one to fit into the stereotypical mould, Eight Club wanted their new website to reflect their 21st century approach to the established members’ club. With this in mind, Propeller’s members only section focuses heavily on customer interaction. A dynamic, integrated website in itself, the members’ section enables Eight to quickly and effectively promote their events to their members through an Events diary, as well as an updateable RSS feed. In order to maximise the effectiveness of the system, members can book and pay for events from their member’s page. Propeller’s innovative ‘Timeline Diary’ enables members to view all the events they plan to attend, as well as past events they attended. The website also includes a live weather feed, as well as a forum and article section that both management and members contribute to, in order to foment customer ownership of the website, and, by extension, the club.
The public facing website for the original club uses sophisticated colours and large-format photography to enhance the club’s sleek, modern offering and set them apart from other city members’ clubs, whilst the Moorgate website offers an enticing multimedia glimpse into the new venue.
