Against a relaxed and calming backdrop decorated with a warm simplicity, Chinese Cricket Club Executive Chef de Cuisine, Brendan Speed, formerly of Zuma Istanbul, offers a mouth-watering range of Sichuan specialties with a modern twist.
We worked closely with CCC to drive bookings and data capture and we absolutely love their modern approach to Chinese Cuisine.
