Zero Degrees represents the very best of Italian dining, but with a twist; each location plays hosts to its own brewery, meaning that not only do customers enjoy the freshest ingredients on their plate, but they are also assured the freshest of brews in their glass. Couple this with a vibrant atmosphere, open-plan kitchens and unsurpassed service, and you are on your way to the ultimate dining experience.
With a poor online presence and an expanding business, Zero Degrees commissioned a website from Propeller that would help it to launch new venues, as well as promoting the company as an exciting, innovative brand.
Propeller created a multi-venue website to enable Zero Degrees to really capitalise on the success of their flagship venues. Propeller’s flexible design was built with expansion in mind, enabling the website to grow as Zero Degrees did. Propeller’s combination of a localised and company-wide database collection strategy further enabled Zero Degrees to capitalise on the benefits of cross-promotion, whilst also allowing for individual promotions and offers, in order to focus on specific areas of business. Propeller’s design drew on Zero Degrees’ brand identity, to provide a recognisable yet exciting new take on the company’s established character. Propeller reflected the vibrant atmosphere at the venues whilst also highlighting their unique beer through the creation of an innovative flash presentation of the brewing process. To ensure that the website delivered the sales that Zero Degrees were looking for, Propeller’s design ensured the user’s eye was drawn to booking and sign-up prompts.
Only 2 months after its launch, Zero Degrees’ interactive new website had already resulted in an impressive increase in online bookings. Propeller’s cross-promotional email marketing programme ensured that Zero Degrees’ new venue garnered pre-launch customer data, resulting in healthy bookings right from the day they opened.
