Young and Co.'s - 'Old Ship'
Situated on the banks of the River Thames in Hammersmith, the Old Ship W6 is a popular drinking and dining destination for both locals and visitors.
What they Wanted
The Old Ship W6 wanted a website that would promote the multiple layers to their business – pub, restaurant, function venue. They wanted their riverside location to be highlighted in a fun manner, whilst ensuring that the website remained a professional resource for their customers.
What Propeller Delivered
As the Old Ship W6 is on the Oxford/Cambridge Boat Race course, Propeller bowed to this in the design we produced for them by incorporating a Flash rowing boat. In order to push the function side of this business, the website focuses heavily on pushing customers towards online bookings.
Result
The website captures the atmosphere of the pub – relaxed, informal, fun – and merges this with the necessary functionality of the site as a major marketing tool for the Old Ship W6. Propeller’s online expertise has helped the Old Ship W6 to promote their business both via their website and also via email marketing to their database.
