Located in the heart of London’s Spitalfields, TeaSmith serves and sells the world’s finest teas. TeaSmith offers a unique selection of authentic teas, grown and processed in their traditional locations by artisan craftsmen, as well as contemporary tea-sets.

What they Wanted

TeaSmith was keen to expand their business by taking their successful Spitalfields store online. The challenge was translating the store’s unique philosophy and ‘feel’ onto a website. The Spitalfield’s venue is known for its quirky, bespoke décor and dedicated customer service, and it was vital visitors to the website have the same informative, interactive experience they love in store.

Propeller evaluated in great detail the TeaSmith in-store experience and reinterpreted this online with hugely eclectic appeal. The e-commerce site enables TeaSmith to sell to a wider audience, as well as to successfully promote their in-store events, such as their famous masterclasses.
