As the brand grew, s&m realised that they needed a site that would not only promote their cafe locations but, importantly, enable them to communicate effectively with their customer base.
Propeller delivered a look and feel for the website that was stylish whilst still conveying the playfulness of the brand. Data capture was one of the keys to this project and Propeller developed the "Lovers of s&m Club" that enables s&m to develop brand loyalty and communicate offers and deals. This was promoted both on their own website, as well as voucher sites and social media.
The data capture initiatives have seen an explosion in database growth, further strengthening s&m's online customer retention strategies through the recent tough economic climate.
