Quantum Fitted Furniture is one of the UK’s most innovative interior design and architectural agencies. They create premium and bespoke interiors for homes and offices, utilising spaces in innovative ways, to create beautiful and unique living spaces.
What they Wanted
Quantum did not have an online presence before talking to Propeller, so while they had firm ideas for the impression they wanted to present, they needed advice on the best way to approach this online. The ultimate aim was to expand their customer and supplier base, without appearing too ‘salesy’.
What Propeller Delivered
Quantum’s brief necessitated an online platform that would be as innovative as their designs. Propeller knew that the best way to achieve Quantum’s aims would be to design a website that would allow Quantum’s designs to take centre-stage, and to support this by incorporating a community feel to the website. Propeller’s elegant graphics provide the perfect back-drop to Quantum’s designs, whilst the stylish flash presentation of the images ensures that the viewer’s focus is retained. To extend their customer base without appearing too pushy, Propeller positioned Quantum at the heart of a design community, including ‘Buying Tips’ on the main navigation, as well as a subtle yet visible sign-up to hear Quantum’s news; this would also have the benefit of increasing Quantum’s market presence.
Result
Few months after Quantum’s launch online Propeller’s integrated website and email marketing campaign had already delivered an increase in their customer database. The stylish email marketing campaign delivered impressive open and click-through rates, and Quantum’s supplier list has increased beyond projections.
