What they Wanted

Although it was hugely successful on the high street, Joseph Joseph had yet to establish its online presence. It approached Propeller to partner its launch into the world of e-commerce. The main priorities were to reflect the discerning style of the brand online, capitalise on brand awareness and loyalty, capture valuable marketing data, and to create an effective, reliable content management system (CMS) that Joseph Joseph could manage in-house. The website has driven Joseph Joseph’s international expansion to such an extent that it has now set up a US distributor in order to meet increasing online demand.
