Dhillon Hotels

Dhillon Hotels run a select range of hotels and coaching inns across the UK. In partnership with the internationally renowned designer Ilse Crawford, Dhillon Hotels has recently launched a redevelopment project designed to revitalise the Dhillon brand.

What they Wanted

Dhillon Hotels’ old website did not represent their increasingly upmarket position and was not delivering revenue or generating data. It needed an online presence to invigorate the brand and deliver a solid ROI.

What Propeller Delivered

Propeller’s assessment of Dhillon’s existing online presence highlighted some key areas which were preventing the hotel group from succeeding online, including a lack of a focused drive to capture bookings and a confusing navigation system. Propeller’s creation was a decisive move away from Dhillon’s existing online brand management; the use of a sophisticated colour palette, sharp photography and a separate landing page answered Dhillon Hotel’s brief of presenting a more upmarket image, and enabled their flagship venues to lead the brand’s new direction. Propeller devised a clarified navigation and ensured that viewers were continually encouraged to book online through a fully integrated system, in order to maximise Dhillon Hotel’s ability to generate revenue online.

Result

The new website that Propeller designed for Dhillon Hotels has exceeded expectations and drastically increased internet traffic.
