Senior Account Manager

We are the country's leading specialists in developing online strategies for the UK’s top bars, restaurants and pubs and we are searching for an individual with passion, commitment, and genuine ability to join our London team.

We are a rapidly growing agency with an exciting client base of high profile new and heritage hospitality clients. We require a high energy and enthusiastic Senior Account Manager with outstanding communication skills to join our team and independently manage a high profile, hospitality-focussed client.

Reporting to the account’s Account Director, you will personally oversee the execution and implementation of existing website developments and Coordinated Central Marketing campaigns. This is a key role which requires strong attention to detail and organisation as well the ability to take initiative and develop new ways of optimising our client’s websites and customer retention techniques.

We are looking for someone with an enthusiasm for the businesses and brands that we work with, who can inspire our clients with new ideas on how to push the boundaries of their online strategy. Positive can do attitude and ability to communicate with individuals/clients across all levels of seniority is a must. With your wealth of digital knowledge you’ll deliver campaigns across UX, design, technical builds, SEO, social and mobile and everything in between. You’ll also demonstrate strong commercial and business acumen that will ensure that you are delivering results to help both the client and agency lead the way in digital marketing.

Role & responsibilities:

  • Strategic Direction and Leadership with the ability to maintain strong client relationships at multiple levels of seniority

Digital Account Manager

Role & responsibilities:

  • Providing consistent, helpful and enthusiastic service to your clients by meeting, phone, email
  • Report back to head of hospitality AM team weekly with updates on ongoing online maintenance, projects and development opportunities for your accounts
  • Responsible for the execution of ongoing long and short term updates/launches
  • Briefing Internal project teams on client’s requirements
  • Taking clear design briefs from clients on their online projects and managing them through to execution and launch in a timely fashion.
  • Optimising relationships with dedicated accounts to generate significant returns on clients’ investment – Acting consultatively in helping them to achieve increased online success.

Desired skills & experience:

  • Passion for cool bars and restaurants with previous digital experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong knowledge and personal interest in social media
  • Some previous experience with Google Analytics, Word Press & 37 Signals Suite (Highrise and Basecamp or similar)

Online Media Intern

Propeller are a young, exceptionally inventive digital agency based in the West End. We're established but rapidly expanding. We build websites, digital platforms and multi-channel marketing (email, mobile, digital DM) for household brands you'll immediately recognise, with a particular specialisation in bars, restaurants and pubs.

Account Executive

We are the country's leading specialists in developing online strategies for the UK’s top bars, restaurants and pubs and we are searching for an individual with passion, commitment, and genuine ability to join our London team.

We’re recruiting an Account Executive to work on two large accounts within the agency. The AE will work primarily with venue managers or the marketing team and will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of digital marketing initiatives for a number of pubs, bars and restaurants.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Providing consistent, helpful and enthusiastic service to clients via phone and email conversations or by attending meetings
  • Executing website updates and email marketing for all venues
  • Supporting the AM/SAM in taking clear briefs from clients for online projects, submitting them to internal project teams and managing them through to execution and launch in a timely fashion
  • Supporting the AM/SAM in monthly and seasonal promotional activity briefed by client marketing departments and rolling out new client websites
  • Supporting the AM/SAM in monthly or quarterly strategy meetings with clients Reporting to SAM with updates on ongoing online maintenance, projects and development opportunities for accounts

This role needs someone who is incredibly organised and detail-oriented. We have a lot going on, so the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines is a must. It’s also quite interactive, so we need someone with great communication skills who will be confident and comfortable engaging with our clients on the phone, via email and in person.
